One login, six views
Every person signs in the same way. What they see is decided by their role in their organization, and the server checks that role on every request.
Every organization on its own address
Each organization, whether a telehealth company, a clinic or a pharmacy, gets its own subdomain, and its data is kept apart from every other organization at the database level.
A record of every access
Each time a patient record is read or changed, an audit entry is written with who, what and when. Nothing about the patient goes into logs or error messages.
Built to be extended
Video visits and secure messaging between providers and patients are the next release, on the same isolated foundation.

Security and compliance

Formulynx is built as a business associate to the organizations that use it.

  • Data for each organization is separated with row-level security in the database, not only in application code.
  • Encryption in transit everywhere and at rest for files and the database.
  • Hosted on infrastructure covered by business associate agreements.
  • Roles are checked on the server for every operation; the browser never decides access.
  • No third-party scripts, trackers or embedded content on portal pages.
