Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use Formulynx, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion.

What we aim for

The public website and the platform are built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What that means in practice

  • Every page has a skip link, landmarks and one main heading, so screen readers can move around it.
  • Everything can be reached and operated with the keyboard, and the focused element is always visible.
  • Form fields have visible labels; errors are announced and linked to the field they belong to.
  • Text and background colors are checked for contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Buttons and links say what they do in words, not only with an icon or a color.
  • Animations respect the system "reduce motion" setting.

Known limitations

The pages of the platform that show charts to administrators present the same numbers in a table nearby. Third-party checkout pages from our payment provider are outside our control.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site or in the platform is hard to use, write to [SUPPORT CONTACT EMAIL] with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix confirmed problems promptly.
